I resent that Coit told me today that deep- cleaning my tile and grout and sealing the grout will be $250. It is only for kitchen/eating area and a small hall. Happily the carpet cleaning will only be $82.

I resent that even though I threw my back out this morning, I still did several hours of yardwork after. It was just too nice and sunny outside to lay around moaning! Cleaned gutters, dug out and transplanted shrubs, cleaned out the raised beds, raked leaves.... I am an idiot. A happy, sore idiot who got a shitload accomplished today in the out of doors. Ibuprofen and a bath, please!

awww dude! Be careful! I second the recommendation to visit a good chiro asap. Strained backs wind up with knotty muscles that just cascades up the spine and down the body. It can get bad very quickly (spoken as someone who threw her back out and had to spend two weeks on the couch.)

All this talk about chiropracters really sobered up my back - woke up pert near healed. Phew!

what mix of breeds they are Unfortunately neither of them appears to be much of any one breed. If I am to believe the info, Hank is a mix of poodle, mastiff, cocker spaniel, English setter, and Belgian Tervuren(!). He is x pounds and looks like a mini pinscher/chihuahua mix. I am going to start telling people he is a mastiff mix.

Must have been a wee tiny poodle It's pretty fascinating how they can tell that much, but yeah ... I don't get how that combines to form a Hank.

I have had an evil scientist fantasy for years now of combining different breeds of dogs in vitro that would be impossible in vivo. Things like chiuaua-mastiff, poodle-pekinese doberman-chiuaua. I would it a doberwowow and it would be prancy and dancy and agressive all in one...
