al kee hawl Sherry or Madeira. Dunno if that's what you mean by reasonable, though. It is alcohol, and if you don't have any of those, then best to just omit it entirely.

no problem White wine and brandy would work too, we use those two together at the restaurant. Very delicious!

Weirdness in the air I have had x people come up to me to say they are in weird/nasty moods today. (Self included.Ok, I didn't walk up to me and say it, but you know what I mean.) Is it the moon? On a better note, these same people have seperately come to the same conclusion that s/he needs to make some life changes (job/partner changes) to take better care of his/her psyche. Again, self included. Thus I booked myself a vacation in Cancun and am joining the Peace Corps this year. (soon as i finish this damn essay...) Not that you all needed to hear or cared about any of this. I guess I'm bragging. :) Or else just putting it into words to make it more real...

tough question After doing lots of research: I would like to be somewhere warm, where I could re-learn Spanish. BUT I don't want to be in a country that has a strong military presence for political reasons. We'll see how that goes over at the PC office. And that may rule out most of latin american. Not sure yet I'd love Belize. THough I am open to Europe and considering Africa. I think I'd prefer not Russia area, though I've no idea why.

do you know what kind of work you want to do? and do you worry about being queer (if you are) in the peace corps? when i was much younger i used to dream of doing it, but i'm not so sure now. plus they won't guarantee gay couples joint placements, like het married couples.
