I'm female, and have had one mmf, and two mffs, and yes, they were very enjoyable. But they were enjoyable (as I see it) because we all liked one another, not just because we were three people. I certainly wouldn't enjoy it with every random group of x, anymore than liking sex with one guy means that I'd like sex with every guy. It's like regular dating, only trickier, because more people are involved. And... if I had never had one at all, I don't think my life would be any poorer for it. It's a nice experience, but... really, what (to me) makes it special is who I have that experience with.
