Question out of curiosity What do you think of bi-sexual women?

you mean bisexuality? cuz as far as the women go, I think of them like I think of everyone else.

I've gotten mixed responses I've been told there's no such thing, the gay community doesn't seem to really approve and I'm trying to figure out which forum I fit into best.

Generalizations are pointless Obviously, there's no single, monolithic opinion of bisexual women in the Gay 'community'. Everyone's different. Hardly needs to be said, really.

it depends it depends how you present yourself. yes there is a bit of minority-within-a-minority issue for bisexuals... a lot of the lbgt community can be harsh... but it makes a difference if you present it as you honestly want to find a meaningful relationship with someone regardless of their gender... or if you're one of those girls that kisses other girls in bars because it's sensational.

I actually would love to find a monogamous relationship with another bi woman. I don't go around kissing girls to sensationalize myself. I have a best friend who I have been intimate with, however, when she fell in love with her bf, we became just friends. In spite of that, I still love her just the same, and not only sexually, but because I feel she has a beautiful spirit. I understand this isn't a forum for finding a date or a hookup. It's just nice to be able to discuss it.

My thought exactly. If you're not then why does it matter if she's Lesbian or Bi-? Surely the OP doesn't make the mistake of presuming there's some major difference, aside from the fact that one classification of woman enjoys bio-dick.

I am not sure exactly Maybe it's something I need to clarify within myself. I don't think I want to give up the male gender entirely, and therein lies the rub.

That's a separate issue, obviously. You can be bisexual and monogamous. If you're trying to be bisexual and polyamorous, you can still do that with a lesbian OR a bisexual woman. Not all, or even most, bisexual women have more than x partner at a time.

Yes and it's probably something I need to explor a little further. I have always, as long as I remember, been attracted to girls, so it's never been an issue of curiosity for me.

I'm bisexual. And monogamous. It's not hard. And in any case, over time I've found that biodick is totally unnecessary to me. The older I get, the more I find men to be, as a whole, boring compared to women. Sure, once in a while I find one active. But so what? I find lots of people active, of any gender. It doesn't mean I'm compelled to fuck them all.

Gender fluid and queer seem to be terms that make more sense to me. Bisexual gets so confused in everyone's mind--confused with polyamourous. And as misnomer mentioned, a monogamous lesbian or a bisexual known to prefer long term lesbian relationships would not like to be experimented with. If you are questioning if you are queer, have some action for women, are not trying to just please your man by having another woman involved in what is a poly relationship. . . then I would say get some counseling, do some reading, observe people and your responses. Allow yourself to look and imagine before reaching out and touching other lives emotionally/romantiy. Personally I think you should be sure you want a relationship with a woman before starting one.
