cool :) well, there's really nothing big going on for the rest of the month... the end of summer is usually pretty lame. but we can always meet up, wherever you take her - there are plenty of bars/clubs to hang out in, even if there's nothing special.

i checked the rag and i can never tell the diff between clubs from their listings. or get a feel for what they'd be like. any recommendations? i liked bar 13 more than avalon when i was there for pride.. maybe L_L will dance with me again. heh. shattering the misconceptions about her, left and right!

well, that bar x thing was just for pride. but the people that ran that party do a weekly tuesday night thing that has more or less the same crowd...Friday's at Cattyshack are the best, and Saturday you're stuck with GirlNation or Henrietta's - I would suggest GirlNation, which is free, bigger than Henrietta's, and a better crowd (similar to what you saw at Bar x).

I know it kinda sounds like a 'been there...done that' party, but it is truly a phenom event. btw dumba is a space in dumbo. it's also been at a gallery in chelsea and started out in a massive backyard in BK. also lurker men may fuck the fuck off...you will not be allowed within twentyfeet of the space.
