You are doing the guy thing. We fix problems. Sometimes, women don't want a solution. They just want us to listen. That has got to be the hardest thing for a man to do--listen and do nothing to help. The listening part isn't so bad. It's knowing there is a problem and intentionally doing nothing about it that drives us crazy--especially when it involves someone we love. Try to talk again, except this time don't do much talking. Don't offer ANY suggestions. Don't try to counsel her. Just listen, listen, and listen some more. (Are you listening?) You may have to do it more than once, but eventually she may get used to the idea. If not, you are back to where you are now, but at least you know you tried one more thing. As bad as divorce is, it is a very good feeling to know that you did everything you could, and more than most would.

Stop Looking.... Ok that sounds like crappy advice, but it's not. Don't look so hard....and don't be an ASS. Guys like that might get the girl at the beginning, but the girls never stay. They get tired of the bullshit fast. I have said this to you before. Be who you are and never change for someone else. That person is out there. Yes, I know, you don't want to hear that. I don't either. Dating sucks... I totally understand.

Thanks I've gone out with about x women over the last couple weeks now. Out of that, x were ones that I felt a connection to. Pretty good average I thought, but then each one fades away with the "Let's be friends". Haven't been an Ass, and treated them each very well. But the ending is the same. So, perhaps you are right. Just stop dating and live my life. Just have to tell my friends to F*ck off when they say I shouldn't have any problems. *grin* Hate that little twinge you get when I see others in love.

Oh yeah, that sucks..... other people's happiness right in your face. ;-/ Like I said....those women just weren't the right ones. Dating is not easy. I hate that I am now in the dating world again.
